53 Seaview Drive came on the market at the end of October 2014 asking $2,250,000. Its price was reduced at the beginning of January 2015 to $1,950,000 and went into escrow weeks later. The buyer defaulted days before the escrow was due to close for no reason. The price was reduced in July 2015 to $1,895,000, at the end of September to $1,795,000 and in January 2016 to $1,750,000. It went into escrow in February 2016.
