The smaller of the 2 bedroom floorplans, this unit does not have a fireplace or formal dining room, and still has “cottage cheese” ceilings, but does have a nice open balcony, in unit laundry and good privacy.
5 Seaview Drive was listed at the beginning of July 2013 and went into escrow 11 days later. It closed within a month of being listed for $1,330,000.
