History of the Listing
3 Seaview Drive came on the market in July 2020 asking $4,800,000. Within a week, its price was increased to $5,500,000. Its price was reduced in February 2021 to $4,995,000, in May to $4,500,000 and in July to $4,295,500. It went into escrow immediately after that price reduction, but later fell out of escrow. Its asking price was reduced in September to $3,995,000 and in November to $3,795,000. It went into escrow amidst multiple offers in January 2022 and closed in February for $3,870,000.
Previous Sales since 2000
